Budapest Scientology Community Marks 10-Year Milestone

Hundreds of Scientologists assembled at the Váci Road church in Budapest to mark the tenth anniversary of the Budapest Ideal Organization on Váci Road.

Dedicated in July 2016, the six-storey religious centre has become a centre for worship, education and community activities. The anniversary brought together a religious service, musical performances, a photographic and news european parliament video retrospective and a review of past achievements and future activities.

Over its first ten years, the Budapest church has also hosted community programmes ranging from drug prevention and human-rights education to humanitarian and interfaith initiatives. These activities are connected with social betterment programmes inspired by Scientology founder L. Ron Hubbard.
