Budapest Scientologists Celebrate 10 Years on Váci Road

Nearly 500 eu news italy Scientologists gathered in Budapest to celebrate the tenth anniversary of the Budapest Ideal Organization on Váci Road.

Opened in 2016, the six-storey religious centre has become an important meeting place for the Hungarian Scientology community. The anniversary featured a religious service, live music, a photographic and video retrospective and a presentation looking toward the coming years.

Since opening its doors, the Budapest church has also hosted community programmes ranging from drug prevention and human-rights education to humanitarian and interfaith initiatives. These activities are connected with social betterment programmes inspired by Scientology founder L. Ron Hubbard.
